Adventure Playgrounds
We work with Adventure Playgrounds to help them make the most of their available budgets by combining the expertise of our team with the energy and support of volunteers.
This approach allows us to deliver high-quality improvements in a cost-effective way, while keeping the needs of each playground and its community at the centre of the work. Wherever possible, we also reuse and repurpose materials from existing structures, reducing waste and making better use of the resources already available on site.
Some of these projects have been partially or fully sponsored by corporate partners, helping playgrounds access improvements that might otherwise be difficult to fund.
Schools, Nurseries, & Parks
Our projects for schools, nurseries and parks are delivered by our professional team, with the option to involve volunteers where appropriate.
Depending on the organisation, the type of project, and how the space serves its community, some elements of the work can also be supported by student volunteers. This can help reduce project costs while adding value through students’ creativity, energy and learning.
All volunteer-supported work is planned and supervised by our team to ensure the final result is safe, practical, high-quality and aligned with the needs of the space.
Designs
Our design process starts with understanding the space, how it is used, and what the children and community need from it.
Our approach is shaped by the experience of our Founder and Managing Director, Max Mueller, and his many years of working directly with children and designing play spaces. This helps us create play-led designs that are practical, imaginative and full of play value, with each idea developed around the character and needs of the site.
Where helpful, we can also support consultation and phased masterplanning, allowing improvements to develop over time in a way that works for the space and the available budget.
